Title: "New Cards" View Displays Nothing

Bug Description: There doesn't seem to be any way to have cards show up in the "New Cards" tab of the Deck Editor Library.

Repro Steps:

- Purchase new cards in the store.

- Open the program, log in, and navigate to the Deck Editor.

- Click the "New Cards" tab.

- Observe no cards shown.

Or..

- Open the program, log in, and navigate to the Deck Editor.

- Click the "New Cards" tab.

- Purchase new cards in the store.

- Observe no cards shown.

Expected Outcome: Recently purchased cards should show up in the New Cards tab.

To show new cards (offline/single player/PC):

- Enter the card store

- Purchase new cards

- Click the Deck Editor link below the available pack

- Observe all newly received cards in the "New Cards" tab

- Observe all newly received cards highlighted in green in all decks & the "Library" tab

Title: Sort by ID#
Request Description: An option to sort by Set ID number would be helpful for people used to the physical card game. There, it is the most common sorting method. (e.g. it would sort starting at MOR-001, MOR-002, through to MOR-220, then MSM-001, etc..)

Title: Create new decks

Request Description: Let the user be able to create more than just 5 different decks. It can't possibly be hard to do this.
